This class will be a continuation of the spring class.
You will deepen your experience of Qigong and advance your ability to transmit Qi as you learn this next phase of Qigong Healing.
Qigong Practices and energy healing complement each other to heighten your experience and understanding of Qi. As you become more aware of the life force energy, your sensitivity increases and your ability to transmit Qi is enhanced.
You will also learn some acupressure points that can assist in the alleviation of common ailments and support the healing process.
