My fee for this service is $60.00 an hour.
My fee for classes varies depending on the venue and will be listed with each class on the calendar.

The focus of my classes is to assist you in learning how to align with and enhance your Qi so you can feel more peaceful, healthy, happy and energized. My teaching style is lighthearted and accommodating.
Qigong can be practiced by everyone regardless of your fitness level and physical condition. My classes include people of every age – teens, middle age, seniors and every age in between. All forms can be modified to fit your particular needs and can be done standing, sitting, lying down, walking and in the mind’s eye.
People with various physical challenges such as Parkinson’s, Fibromyalgia, ADHD, chronic pain and cancer attend my classes. Everyone can benefit from practicing Qigong.
A VARIETY OF CLASSES
I offer a wide variety of Qigong practices in my classes. Some consist of gentle dynamic movements with focused breath and mind, others are more quiescent and meditative. Many forms I teach integrate the use of sound and visualizations in guiding the Qi.
I also teach Qigong self-massage which I consider to be in an integral part of Qigong practice. The focus of Qigong self-massage is to stimulate the acupressure points and energize the organs to get the Qi flowing. You will be surprised to find how calming and energizing giving yourself a Qigong massage is. And it is very easy to learn.
ATTENDING TO BODY, BREATH AND MIND
All Qigong forms are performed while bringing your awareness to the body, breath, and mind and drawing through your body the harmonizing energies of Heaven Qi and Earth Qi.
When you are attending to the movement of your body and breath, and feeling the sensations of Qi, the mind calms down, you are free from struggling with those unrelenting thoughts, and you naturally enter into The Qigong State.
EXPERIENCE THE SENSATIONS OF QI
Some practices such as playing with the Qi Ball and Sword Finger help you experience the sensations of Qi in your hands. With practice, you will begin to experience these sensations throughout your body and learn to gather, direct and store the Qi for your healing, happiness, and empowerment. You will also discover that as you focus on the 3 treasures, body, breath and mind, how quickly you return to a state of peace and balance. You will learn how to use the 3 treasures in your everyday life to feel less stressed and have more energy.
ENJOY THE QI
I encourage everyone to be light-hearted as they practice, to enjoy themselves and to always stay within their comfort range. In this way, you are free to enjoy the sensations of Qi and come to know, enjoy and appreciate your own personal Qi field. With my approach you are able to relax deeply into the practice allowing the flow of Qi to move through every aspect of your being which you will find is an amazing and empowering experience.
Not everyone feels the Qi in the beginning stages of Qigong practice and that is okay. There is no expectation as to what you should or shouldn’t feel when practicing Qigong. Everyone has his or her own experience. The most important thing is to enjoy yourself and modify the practice to suit your needs. There are people in my classes who do not feel Qi sensations yet they state that doing Qigong is a very spiritual and calming experience for them and they feel healthier, happier and more energized.
A CALMING AND ENERGIZING EFFECT
Many people report that Qigong has both a calming and energizing effect. What could be better! There are others who do feel the Qi moving through them and it is a truly exciting and fulfilling experience for them. Whatever your experience, this ancient practice lights up every cell, every tiny particle of your being and activates the resources you need for your healing and happiness.
A Group Healing is a powerful energy healing that brings in universal energy through mantra, visualization, and light. Together we bring in healing resources that activate and empower every aspect of our being.
